Jeremy is a commercial property specialist and a founding member of Gardner Weller since 1980. Before joining Caplan Lyons, the predecessor of Gardner Weller, he was an articled clerk, and subsequently a solicitor, at Slaughter and May. Jeremy is now the Senior Partner of WSM and head of commercial property. He specialises in all aspects of the sale and purchase of commercial property including new build developments, new leases and auction purchases. He also deals with land and development finance for his developer clients and the acquisition and sale of commercial investment properties and residential and commercial development sites.

Harriet is a Licensed Conveyancer and
a founder member of WSM, she started her legal career at Gardner Weller in 1997. Harriet specialises in all aspects of residential and commercial matters which includes the acquisition of sites and the re-sales of the units, the sale and purchase of all residential property, purchases via auctions and commercial and residential re-financing. Harriet is always very diligent with excellent attention to detail, and is considered to be one of the experts in her

of Law in Guildford. Having
completed his training as a solicitor
